The Perfect Tea-dippin’ Biccies

To be enjoyed with a cup of tea and great company!


1.5 cups coconut flour

¼ cup of cacao powder

2 whole eggs

½ cup water

4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

100g of white chocolate chips


Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients and the chocolate chips together in a bowl.

Add in the whisked eggs, water and maple syrup and combine.

Portion your biscuits on a non stick tray and flatten them with the back of a fork.

Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
