Recipe: Summer Pasta Salad

Summer Pasta Salad

Pulse Pasta, San Remo, (250g) Mustard, 1 Tablespoon (17 g) Honey, 2 tablespoons (44 g) Olive Oil, 3 tablespoon (41 g) Tomato, Fresh, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (149 g) Spring Onions (Scallions), 1 green onion (13 g) Strawberries, 1 cup, halves (152 g) Pear, 1 cup, cubes (161 g)


Boil Pulse Pasta as per packet instructions. Once the pasta is cooked through, drain and run warm water over the pasta. Store the cooked pasta in the fridge on a large plate to cool. In a small bowl, combine Olive Oil, Honey and Mustard for the dressing. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the spring onion. Cube the strawberries and pear into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and stir through.
