Recipe: PALEO PIZZA


SWEET POTATO BASE –

1x med-large sweet potato,

1/2 cup of coconut flour,

Mixed Italian herbs,

Pinch of salt



TOPPINGS –

Pure tomato paste (check the ingredient label!),

Rocket,

Shredded Chicken,

Capsicum,

Olives,

Parmesan Cheese


METHOD

Boil your sweet potato, mash and add in the coconut flour, herbs and salt.

Allow the base mix to cool slightly before rolling it onto your pizza tray and baking for approx. 30mins or until it’s cooked through!

Add your toppings, bake for another 15mins and VOILA!
