Recipe: Healthy PANCAKES (GF)


These protein packed pancakes are gluten free, refined sugar free and pretty damn tasty!

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup of coconut flour

3x eggs

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tspn of baking soda

2 tbspn of maple syrup


Whisk the above ingredients together, and cook in a heated pan with butter or Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Top with your choice of fresh fruit and a drizzle of pure maple syrup (be sure to check the ingredients label!).
