KICKBACK, GRAB A CUPPA AND ENJOY THESE LITTLE, HEALTHY GEMS!
2x Ripe Mashed Bananas
1 cup of Coconut Flour
¼ Cup of (pure) Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
½ Cup of Mixed Berries
Pre-heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius Blend Coconut Flour, Eggs, Coconut Milk, and Maple Syrup together until the mixture is a smooth consistency
Add in the mashed Bananas, Cinnamon, Baking Soda and blend until everything is mixed well
Scoop mixture into the muffin trays, allowing room for the muffins to rise slightly
Add in the berries once your muffin trays are full, and mix them through slightly with a butter knifeBake for 30 minutes or until cooked through
Allow your muffins to cool prior to removing from the muffin tray!
