Recipe: BLISS BALLS with only 5 ingredients!

Blend the following ingredients, roll into balls and coat them in in your choice of coconut or lightly blended almonds.


  • 1.5 cups of pitted dates, soaked in hot water for approx 30mins

  • 1 & 1/4 cups of raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup of cacao or cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of coconut 2 tbspn of water

  • 2 tbspn of pure maple syrup


Makes 12 balls of bliss for you to devour!
